Short-form publishing and analytics

Post it once. Then find out if it worked.

Studio is a scheduling and analytics dashboard for creators who put the same vertical video on more than one platform. Connect your own accounts, schedule from one place, and get every post’s numbers back in one table instead of four apps.

Early access, onboarding creators one at a time. Built and operated by Jon (@ai.systemsbyjon).

What it does

Upload once, publish everywhere

Drop in a single vertical video, write the caption, and send it to every account you have connected. No re-uploading the same file into three different apps.

Schedule on your own calendar

Pick the publish time per post. The scheduler holds the video and releases it at the moment you chose, so a posting streak survives a busy week.

Drafts or direct posts

Send a video to the platform as a draft and finish it natively, or publish it straight to your profile with the caption and settings you already confirmed.

One performance view

Views, likes, comments, shares and follower counts flow back into a single table, joined to the caption and publish time you set. No tab-hopping to compare.

Growth over time

Daily snapshots of your follower, following, likes and video counts get charted, so you can see whether the schedule you are running actually moves anything.

Your accounts, your data

Studio only ever reads the accounts you personally connect. Nothing is scraped, nothing is aggregated across users, nothing is sold.

How posting works

01

Connect an account

Authorize Studio from the platform’s own consent screen. You see the exact permissions before you approve, and you can revoke them from the platform at any time. Access tokens are encrypted and stored against your account only.

02

Compose the post

Upload the video, write the caption, and choose who can see it. Studio reads your live account settings first, so the privacy options and the comment, duet and stitch toggles shown to you are the real ones your account allows — never a hardcoded default.

03

Confirm and schedule

Review everything on one confirm screen, including whether the post is commercial content, then pick a publish time. Nothing leaves Studio until you press confirm.

04

Watch it land

The post flips to Published the moment the platform confirms it, and performance data starts flowing into your dashboard. Failures surface with a retry instead of disappearing.

Platforms

TikTok

Scheduled posting to drafts or direct to profile, plus profile stats and per-video performance.

Instagram

Reels publishing through the Instagram Graph API with the same scheduling and analytics view.

YouTube

Shorts uploads through the YouTube Data API, with view and engagement data pulled back.

Studio connects to each platform through its official public API and only with permissions you grant yourself. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok, Instagram, Meta or YouTube.

Before you connect anything

Read what Studio stores, how long it keeps it, and how to delete it. Both documents are short and written in plain language.
