Overview

studio.aisystemsbyjon.com (“Studio”, “we”, “us”) is a scheduling and analytics dashboard for short-form video. This policy describes exactly what we receive from the social accounts you connect, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and how you get rid of it. It covers both the website and the application.

Information you give us directly

• Your email address and password hash, used to create and sign in to your Studio account.
• The videos, captions and scheduling settings you upload in order to publish them.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts.

TikTok data

When you connect a TikTok account to Studio, you authorize us through TikTok’s Login Kit and approve each permission on TikTok’s own consent screen. From that point we receive and store:

• Your TikTok open ID, display name, avatar image URL, profile link, verification status and bio.
• Your follower count, following count, total likes and video count.
• A list of your public videos, with each one’s title, cover image, creation time and view, like, comment and share counts.
• An encrypted access token and refresh token, so the app can act on your behalf for the permissions you granted.

We use this only to display your own account and your own performance inside your Studio dashboard, and to publish the videos you explicitly schedule. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, use it to train machine learning models, or make it visible to any other Studio user. Daily snapshots of your account statistics are retained so we can chart your growth over time.

You can disconnect TikTok at any time from Studio’s Settings page, or revoke Studio from inside the TikTok app. Either action causes us to delete your stored tokens and all cached TikTok data within 24 hours. TikTok notifies us the moment you revoke access, and that notification triggers the deletion automatically.

Instagram and YouTube data

Connecting an Instagram or YouTube account works the same way and is subject to the same rules. We receive the account’s identifier, profile details and public performance metrics, plus an encrypted access token. We use them only to publish what you schedule and to show you your own numbers. Disconnecting the account, in Studio or on the platform, deletes the tokens and the cached data within 24 hours.

What we never do

• We never access an account that has not been connected and authorized by its owner.
• We never scrape any platform, or read another person’s private data.
• We never sell, rent or trade your data, and we never aggregate it across users for resale.
• We never post anything you did not explicitly upload, configure and confirm.

Storage and retention

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database on servers that may be located in the United States. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Your account data and daily analytics snapshots are kept for as long as your Studio account exists. Deleting your Studio account removes all of it, including every connected-platform record, within 30 days.

Your rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of anything inaccurate.
• Request deletion of your data, or delete it yourself by disconnecting the account or closing your Studio account.
• Withdraw a permission at any time by revoking Studio’s access on the platform itself.

Children

Studio is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be emailed to account holders before they take effect.
