Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of studio.aisystemsbyjon.com (“Studio”). By creating an account or connecting a social account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Studio is

Studio is a tool that schedules short-form video to social accounts you own and reports back how those posts performed. It is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok, Instagram, Meta or YouTube, and it does not include or copy any of their proprietary code, branding or assets.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account.
• You may only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and captions you upload. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to store your content and transmit it to the platforms you selected, for as long as you keep it in Studio. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish, including any music, footage or likeness it contains.

Platform rules come first

Anything you publish through Studio is also governed by the terms and community guidelines of the platform receiving it. Studio does not override, relax or work around any platform rule, rate limit or content policy. If a platform rejects, removes or limits your content, that is between you and that platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Studio to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Post to accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Run spam, engagement farming, or coordinated inauthentic posting of any kind.
• Attempt to access another user’s data, or to reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service.
• Resell, redistribute or expose data retrieved from a connected platform.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, without notice where the breach is serious.

Availability

Studio is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is early-access software and depends on third-party APIs that can change, rate-limit or go down without notice. We do not guarantee that a scheduled post will publish, that analytics will be complete or accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Confirm anything you cannot afford to get wrong on the platform itself.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost followers, lost content or missed posting windows arising from your use of Studio. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

Cancellation

You can disconnect any platform, or delete your Studio account, at any time. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may discontinue the service with 30 days’ notice to account holders.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use Studio after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
